Founding partner programme

90 days free, with structured feedback

An invitation-only programme for teams willing to give regular structured feedback. The agreed workspace is free for 90 days. Any named reference needs your permission. Continuing on a paid plan, including any founding partner discount, requires a separate written agreement.

Pilot access ends after the agreed evaluation period. There is no automatic billing or conversion. Your written agreement confirms the scope, paid plan and any founding partner terms before a subscription starts.

Who counts as a decision seat?

Administrators, editors and reviewers each count as a decision seat. Read-only viewers are free and do not use the plan's decision-seat allowance.

Billing, commitment and VAT

Plans have a 12-month term and are paid annually in advance. Published and quoted prices exclude applicable VAT. Your order form confirms the plan, seats, start date and total price before you commit.
