VAT/GST changes turned into business-specific actions.
We monitor VAT/GST rule changes in your markets and turn them into assigned actions for your tax and finance teams.
Monitored VAT/GST changes, turned into human-reviewed actions - each with an owner, a deadline and the source attached.
For digital businesses selling across borders - typically 3-10+ VAT/GST jurisdictions.
Kehai doesn't replace tax judgement. It gives that judgement an operating system.

+ your configured jurisdictionsKehai is built by a global indirect-tax leader who has run VAT/GST across 45+ jurisdictions - and who also ships software.

See it work, not just described
The read-only demo runs the real thing on a fictional business. Explore it before you sign up - no card, no signup.
Audit-ready evidence pack
Every item exports a self-contained pack: claim, source, reachability vs claim-support, original-language excerpt, content hash and a sign-off trail.
AI assistant over your data
Ask questions answered only from your stored tracker items and sources - retrieval and summary, not advice, and it never browses the web.
Ready-made readiness boards
Pre-framed boards for the reforms keeping teams up at night - ViDA and France/Poland e-invoicing - scoped to what touches you.
Why not just a newsletter or ChatGPT?
The value isn't the news. It's the impact layer - the column only Kehai fills.
| Kehai | A VAT newsletter | A generic AI chatbot | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tells you what changed | Yes - primary-source first | Yes, eventually | Sometimes, often stale |
| Whether it affects your business | Assessed against your entities, products & flows | No - you work it out | Guesses, no context |
| Who owns it & by when | Owner + deadline on every item | No | No |
| Source evidence you can audit | Cited, confidence-rated, human-reviewed | Links, no trail | Can hallucinate sources |
| Audit-ready trail | Append-only evidence pack | No | No |
Not another VAT newsletter. The product thesis is that the value sits in the impact layer: what changed, whether it affects your business, why, who owns the action, by when, and what source evidence supports the assessment.
What makes the difference trustworthy
Honest by design - here's how the monitoring actually works.
Primary sources first
Tax authorities, official gazettes, courts and e-invoicing platforms are watched before any newsletter or commentary, and every item is labelled primary or secondary.
Cited, rated, reviewed
Each item carries its source, a confidence score and a human-review status - distinct trust signals, never collapsed into one tick.
Local-language, handled honestly
Sources are monitored in their original language; the English summary is labelled AI-generated until a reviewer signs it off - never passed off as a certified translation.
Who it's for
Whether you have a tax team or you are the tax team, it works for the people who own the business and the people who own compliance.
A few real situations
You sell software subscriptions into Germany, France and the UAE. Each one keeps tweaking its VAT and e-invoicing rules. You don't have a tax team - you have a to-do list that's already on fire. The tracker quietly flags the two changes this quarter that affect you, and ignores the forty that don't.
You own compliance for a business selling across eight countries. Your inbox has six newsletters, four adviser PDFs and zero time. Instead of reading all of it, you open one board: high-impact items at the top, each with an owner and a deadline you can actually delegate.
Someone forwards you a scary headline about a new invoicing law. Instead of falling down a 2-hour Google hole, you check the tracker - it already logged it, scored whether it touches your setup, and linked the official source.
What it costs
Plans scoped to your footprint, so you can self-qualify before you talk to anyone. Every engagement starts with a free read-only demo, then a consultation scoped to your business.

Pricing is scoped to your footprint rather than a one-size list. A short consultation (or a scoped healthcheck) is the usual first paid step - no obligation, no lock-in.
Honest about data & security
Your business context is private to your workspace and the method runs server-side. We deliberately don't claim SOC 2 / ISO badges we haven't earned yet - what we do claim, and what we don't, is written down in plain English.

Is this tax advice?
No. Kehai is a triage and change-control aid, not legal or tax advice. Every item links the official source so you (or your adviser) can confirm it before acting.
How complete is the coverage?
Coverage is measured against the official sources you configure, not the whole world. Gaps are surfaced, not hidden, and the freshest changes can take a refresh cycle to appear.
How does the human review work?
Items are AI-generated and labelled as such until a person reviews them. Source, confidence and review status are shown separately, and material items are reviewed before they're relied on.
How do I get started?
Start with the read-only demo, then book a consultation - I'll scope it against your jurisdictions and flows. If it earns its place, we move to a healthcheck and pilot on your live footprint.
How is my data handled?
Your business context stays private to your workspace and the method runs server-side. We don't claim enterprise-grade security before those controls exist and are evidenced - see the methodology page.
In plain English
Tax rules change constantly, in every country you sell to. Most of it won't touch you. Kehai reads the boring stuff, flags the few changes that actually affect your business, and tells you what to do: who owns it, by when, with the official source attached.
It's a smoke alarm, not a library: (1) tell it about your business once, (2) it watches the official sources, (3) you get a short, honest list.
See it on your business
Leave your work email and I'll set up a consultation scoped to your jurisdictions, entities and invoice flows.
